Our Job Development team is led by experienced Employment Specialists who work one-on-one with job seekers to obtain and maintain meaningful employment.
With established relationships across more than 60 businesses in the Yankton area, ABS partners with employers to meet workforce needs with dependable, motivated employees.

- Completing job assessments to identify strengths and growth areas
- Providing on-site job coaching and hands-on training
- Offering ongoing support to promote independence and long-term success
We also create employment opportunities for high school students enrolled in the Project Skills program, helping them gain real-world experience and build essential workplace skills early.
