Making Excellence Your Average

ABS welcomed Mike Oster as a guest speaker in October.  Mike has a diverse background in public services, military service and business consulting.  Mike shared with staff a message of success  as well as personal and professional growth.  He highlighted how having an attitude of excellence will allow others to become better at who they are so they can become better in all they do and live in a pace where excellence becomes their average.  Mike demonstrated how

negative thoughts can impact the success of others.  Staff learned about different personality types and how to be more successful in working as a team with
